Advisory Committee

Section 21.18 of the Patent Act is the enabling authority for "an advisory committee to advise [the ministers of Industry and of Health] on the recommendations that they may make to the Governor in Council respecting the amendment of Schedule 1." As of April 2006, an advisory committee was being established and a website will be created.
